Melissa – Love Spot
New concept of consumption that mixes real and virtual experiences.
At the kiosk, consumers can get a close-up view of all the models in the latest collection, as well as interacting with brand-exclusive content specially created for touch-screen interaction.
Consumption is done directly on touch screens, where the user has access to all models and colors, visualizes availability in stock and adds to the shopping cart. After this step the user ends the purchase in an application developed for iPad, performs the payment by credit card and receives the products at home by mail or express delivery.
